Token SMS

Once your salesforce has filled a new digital contract it needs to be signed.

Amongst the tools you can use to sign a digital contract you can find a digital signature with a token received through SMS.

Secure & Certificated

The SMS containing the token is sent directly to the signing customer. In that same SMS, Plank provides a link to a copy of the document which the customer is signing. It is not a mere formal process, in fact Plank applies a digital certified signature to that document so that any kind of modification would cause the signature to broke.

Autonomous or Assisted

Your company can also let Plank send a direct tokenized link that avoids the double step of passing the token to the salesperson. In that case, the whole process can be autonomously concluded by the endcustomer alone. The same type of cryptography is applied to the pdf document.
